Yuna Kim's 2A+3T in WC 2011 practice

Yuna showed solid 2A+3T in WC 2011 practice. 2A+3T has been the jump I like the most for a long time, but it was not included in the latest Yuna's program since ISU changes the maximum number of 2A from 3 to 2.

Sometimes I don't understand the reason of changing the rules. Did it improve the figure skating itself? Simply compare the performances before and after the rule changes. I don't think that it is positive. For me, it is clear that the figure skating itself moves toward loosing its shines.
